This is a space for registered users to share recipes, tips & tricks about cooking (& eating!), and share your thoughts and questions with peers. Feel free to add a recipe, share a book or resource for recipes, ask questions and even ask a professional chef to share tips & tricks for storing food, stopping food waste and more.


There are just a few rules:

  • Be respectful. This is an open forum an moderators will monitor it for civil and good-spirited sharing.

  • Share your experience. Provide details about how you modified the recipe, include a photo, and if you have a little bit of a story to share as an introduction, do that too.

  • Humans please. Keep an eye out for bots and trolls. If you see something that doesn't seem right, let the administrators know.

·        1 medium red capsicum, fresh

·        1 medium zucchini, unpeeled
