Derek's simple breakfast: eggs and veggies
Ingredients:
2 eggs
milk
frozen mixed veggies
HP sauce
Method
So first of all, I took out two eggs from the fridge, left them to come to room temperature.
Then I got my container that I mix them in, I crack the two eggs into the container, put some milk in and give it a shake up.
Then I went to the freezer and took out some mixed veggies, put them into my little steamer for the microwave, and I put them in the microwave for three minutes to steam them.
And after they were steamed, I took them out and put them in the frying pan for a further three minutes.
And then I decided I'd pour in the eggs.
And once I put them in the pan, I put the lid on and left it for five minutes.
And when the five minutes was up, I took off the lid, and I put a plate on top of the frying pan and turned it upside down so that the cook side was on the top side of my plate.
I then slid it back into the frying pan, and then cooked it for a further five minutes with the lid on.
I served it up some HP sauce, and I quite enjoyed it!
